We’ve been working behind the scenes to speed up how your money moves. And it’s paid off. Since April, 70%* of transfers arrived in under 20 seconds. That’s the fastest we’ve ever been. Whether you’re paying rent, sending money to loved ones, or covering urgent costs, your money’s getting where it needs to go, instantly.
So, what's changed?
For transfers to Pakistani Rupees (PKR), we upgraded how we deliver money to partners. That helped more transfers land instantly.
In Vietnam, we teamed up with Vietinbank, which boosted instant payments on Vietnamese Dong (VND) by 5%.
And for USD, we expanded our coverage for RTP (Real-Time Payments) access. This expansion means instant transfers in the US are now up from 25% to 32%.
Smarter estimates, better peace of mind
Speed is only half the story. We’ve also made delivery times more accurate. We track the accuracy of our payment's arrival time as ‘Early’, ‘On time’ or ‘Late’.
For Malaysian Ringgit, we worked with a key partner to better track money once it’s on the move so what you see is what you get. That means it’s more accurate than before.
We’re aiming for 100% instant payments. That means improving more routes like MYR, BDT, and VND, and spotting delays faster, so your money doesn’t wait around.
