哪些卡片类型和货币可用
我们目前支持以澳元、保加利亚列弗、加拿大元、瑞士法郎、捷克克朗、丹麦克朗、欧元、英镑、港币、匈牙利福林、日元、挪威克朗、新西兰元、波兰兹罗提、罗马尼亚列伊、瑞典克朗、新加坡元和美元进行信用卡和借记卡付款。
您需要支付的费用
我们收取的费用取决于客户使用的支付卡类型，且对于所有支付卡及Apple Pay均适用同一费率。

客户需要支付的费用
我们不向您的客户收取任何费用，但以下情况，他们的银行或信用卡发卡机构可能会收费：
他们正在用外币支付您
他们正在用信用卡付款
他们的银行将支付给 Wise 的款项视为现金预支
如果您的客户不知道会被收取什么费用，请他们向发卡机构核实。
收到付款需要多长时间
在您收到客户的付款后，根据您经营的业务类型，最多可能需要 14 天才能将款项支付给您。
对于某些货币，付款有时可能会需要更长的时间。但您始终可以在活动信息流中选择交易后，在"交易详细信息"部分查看预计付款时间。
如果我们决定关闭您的账户，可能会保留您的资金长达两个月。此保留期允许我们处理您仍需承担责任的任何退款请求。
本部分对应于《欧洲经济区支付服务获取协议》中的附表 1 结算时间框架。
如何发放退款
您现在可以通过“请求付款”选项，向任何使用卡片向您付款的人发放退款。 退款将回到原付款卡。
您可以前往主屏幕上的“交易”部分，或者：
前往“付款”标签页
选择付款链接或发票
选择请求，接着选择特定付款
选择退款
选择您要退还的金额，最高可退还全部已支付款项。您可以选择多次发放部分退款，但总金额不得超过已支付的全额
如果您给客户退款，您在使用我们的服务向付款人收费时所支付的费用将不予退还。
退款到账银行卡可能需要 2-10 个工作日。
