The easyJet Plus membership is a paid program that offers specific benefits for travelling with the airline. Individuals can hold an easyJet Plus membership, and businesses can also buy them in bulk at a discount for employees. You can also add family members to your account.
It’s one annual payment that renews after 12 months. Once you’ve paid, you’ll be given membership details to be used every time you book a flight. These details are personal to you, so they can’t be used by someone else to claim the benefits. If you travel regularly with the airline, then the easyJet plus membership cost could work in your favour.
Purchase easyJet Plus membership, and you’ll get access to:1
If you’re 16 and or over, you can purchase an easyJet Plus membership. There’s the option to add a partner or family members to the account for an additional fee.
Businesses can also purchase a set of memberships for employees. You can join easyJet Plus by filling out an online form on the website and paying for your first 12 months.
easyJet Plus membership is available for families. The joining process is the same as it is for individuals. You join the program online as the primary account holder, and can add additional family members, partners, and adults.
An individual easyJet Plus membership costs £249 per year.
If you want to add people to your membership, the following costs apply:2
It’s worth noting, you can add one partner to your account, a maximum of four children under 16, and up to 10 adults. Payment for all additional memberships will need to be covered by the primary account holder.
If you’re buying memberships for a business, the adult cost of £249 applies. But for every 10 easyJet Plus memberships purchased, you get one free adult membership.
This comes down to your personal circumstances. For example, if you’re taking easyJet flights regularly and booking extra legroom every time, having access to free seats that are more spacious could be useful.
The same is true if you find the standard baggage allowance too restrictive, and typically pay for extra bags. The convenience of speedier boarding and a dedicated bag drop may also make the airport experience less stressful.
Ultimately, it comes down to which benefits are most helpful and valuable for you.
